Client Relationship Manager
Objective
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) serves as an integral part of GAMMA’s Sales & Marketing efforts. The CRM is the primary relationship manager for servicing Financial Advisors, responsible for maximizing new asset sales, minimizing asset redemption, building new client relationships, managing existing relationships, promoting GAMMA’s solutions, and assisting with the marketing needs of our clients. Employee in this position spends 70% of the time on the phone with Financial Advisors and 30% traveling to meet with FAs one-on-one. The discussions with FAs can include, but are not limited to risk tolerance, suitability, marketing, servicing, and advantages of our product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Build a business plan to gather and retain assets by assisting Financial Advisors in the areas of product education, portfolio construction, practice management, etc. Identify and foster new lead generation and warm lead follow-up.
- Market, service and promote GAMMA’s product offerings; differentiating the advantages and disadvantages of each offering based on client profile.
- Plan and manage resources to maximize territory sales using firm data, travel zones, and prioritizing Financial Advisors.
- Budget expenses.
- Build and manage effective relationships with Financial Advisors.
- Collaborate with team members to create sales ideas, resolve issues, execute marketing initiatives, etc.
- Manage other projects in support of overall business goals and/or sales goals.
- Demonstrate ability to build effective relationships with Financial Advisors (our clients).

Requirements
A successful CRM at GAMMA will be passionate about serving Financial Advisors, will be accountable to him/herself and the entire team, and will be open to sharing best practices, and will collaborate and seek assistance when needed.
- Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
- Satisfactory financial industry knowledge, preferably with a strong separately managed account Background.
- Enthusiastic team player and self-starter with ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with external contacts to the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with little supervision (organizational skills).
- Results oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Work Environment
The CRM will operate in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and all-in-one copier/scanner/printer/fax machines.
Physical Demands
This role requires the ability to lift (up to 25 pounds), bend, stand, and move light furniture (i.e., re-arranging meeting rooms). The role also requires walking, sitting, talking and hearing.
